Process Details: 1.Debt Settlement- 8k and above 1) Unsecure credit card debts of minimum $8000.00 or more. 2) Customer has to be prequalified before transferring to us, meaning, he has to be willing to talk to us for debt settlement and they should have 15 minutes to talk to the Debt Officer. Any Calls going to the Debt Officer wherein the customer asks for a call back time without talking to the debt officer will not be considered as a Billable lead.
