We are one of the premier outsourcing partners for UK client. Our contemplation is on contact centers who can fulfill our client's requirement in terms of infrastructure strong work force. Our current client has minimal requirement in terms of outsourcing campaigns to India, only Non-Voice.and Our other offshore clients are planning to outsource inbound campaigns to India shortly. After successful closing of the current Travel Inbound campaign, we would be launching other huge campaigns in the due course.

Form Filling Process
Nature of Project: Entering Data in provided Software
Workload: 100 forms per day per seat
Rate: Rs. 10/- per form
One Slot: 5 seats
Duration of Project: 11 months
Turn Around Time: 22 days
Compensations: 10% of monthly billing value will be paid in case of shortage of data
Payment Cycle: Payments will be made to the Vendors within 15-20 days after submission of work along with Quality Check Report.
Accuracy Parameter: Payments will be made according to the Accuracy below:
More than 99% and up to 100% ----- 100% Payment
More than 97% and less than 99% ----- 50% Payment
More than 95% and less than 97% ----- 25% Payment
More than 90% and less than 95% ----- 10% + Rework
Monthly billing - 100 Form * 5 systems* 10 Rs.*22 days = Rs. 1, 10, 000/-
Client will calculate on 5 systems means 500 page per day, but center will work on only 2 systems work is very easy, only seven entry per from.
Client charges:
The center needs to pay 50,000/- after the agreement is signed with the client and before training part and remaining 20,000/- the center needs to pay from the 1st billing.
Consultancy charges:
The center needs to issue Two Post dated cheque of (1st cheque 40,000/- & 2nd cheque 10,000/- (P.D.C)) at the time of center visit that will be payable once the center receives the 1st cheque will clear in 1st billing and 2nd cheque will clear in 2nd billing.
****Vendors, who will fail to achieve 90% accuracy, will be terminated****
